At Ten Eleven Studio, we respect your privacy and aim to handle your personal information responsibly and transparently.
This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have.
Who we are

What information we collect
When you contact us through our website, by email or by telephone, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and any information you choose to share about your project.
If we work together, we may also hold project correspondence, agreed requirements, contracts, invoices and other information needed to deliver our services.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to respond to enquiries, discuss potential projects, prepare quotations, deliver agreed work and manage our business records.
Our lawful bases for doing so are our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, taking steps towards or fulfilling a contract where applicable, and complying with legal obligations such as keeping financial records.
We do not automatically add you to a marketing mailing list simply because you have contacted us.
How we store and share information
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes information submitted through our website forms. Enquiry details may also be held by our email and other business service providers.
Where necessary to deliver a project, relevant information may be shared with trusted production collaborators or service providers.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate data-protection arrangements must apply.
How long we keep information
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed.
For enquiries that do not lead to a project, we normally retain correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact.
Where a project goes ahead, relevant business and financial records may be retained for up to six years, or longer where required by law or necessary for an ongoing legal matter.
Production footage and other project materials are managed according to the requirements and agreements of the individual project.
Website cookies and embedded content
Our website uses Squarespace and may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used.
Some pages contain embedded video or content from third-party platforms, such as YouTube or Instagram. These services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or technologies, visitors will be given appropriate choices.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law, you may have the right to access personal information we hold about you, request corrections or deletion, restrict certain uses, object to processing, or request transfer of information in certain circumstances.
You can contact us at video@tenelevenstudio.co.uk to make a request or raise a concern.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice if our services, website or information-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
